Mergent
The Mergent Online database is useful for finding information about specific companies, including 15 years of detailed financial statements.
For your target company, you can find a business description, history, property, subsidiaries, officers and directors, long-term debt and capital stock. Financial statements are presented in “as-reported” form and in native currencies. You can search by company name or ticker symbol.
In the search box, enter company name or ticker symbol, then click on the correct company:

Under Company Financials, you can use the dropdown menu to view data over a specified time period (between 3-year and All Available Years) . You can easily export the data to Excel. Under Reports, you can find Annual Reports/10K, customizable Mergent Reports (company profile information in one document), and Broker Research Reports (analyst reports from Investext).
