Emily Page is working on a master’s degree in Instructional Technology, and is planning to graduate December 2021.
“My favorite part about working in the library is having the opportunity to participate in various events. My favorite events so far have been the SOS Island and the Eagle Con. The SOS event had a combination of fun and essential tools for students to use to help them be successful in their academic journey. I enjoy helping other students be successful and reach their goals. As well as add a little fun and creativity to the mix.”
Courtney McCray is working on a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and is planning to graduate May 2022.
“My favorite library event so far was Halloween 2019, building an old fashioned haunted house. It was the first major library event I got to help with, and it was so much fun! It was rewarding to see everyone’s reactions and our hard work pay off.”
Abram Garza is working on a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, and is planning on graduating in Fall 2021.
“I enjoy working in the library, because the staff are kind and friendly and the workplace is very calm. My favorite library event that I participated in was eagle con 2020, While my favorite library event that I didn’t participate in but viewed was the CarnEvil in 2017. But the library event im looking forward to the most would be the halloween event in 2021.”
At Eagle Con 2020, Abram dressed up as former student worker Joshua Oden. Ironically, Josh had changed his look for the event.
Zane Watson is working on a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and is planning on graduating in Spring 2022.
